To hack into a website,u need some bunch of exploits.And using one of them,u ll hv to search in google.they r calld 'dorks'.for example,we can get exploits frm exploit-db.com
choose an exploit u r comfortable with.read the instruction.search in google.exploit the weak area.then hack into the site.deface using shell.
if u hv a target,then scan it with a web vulnerability scanner
